BFA thesis project:
Idea:
In an aviary exhibit there’s two ‘clicks’ of birds separated by a path.  One side is a warmer and tropical with 3 characters: Hummingbird, Crane, and a Tropical Bird.  The other side is a cooler and darker feeling area with 2 characters: a Weaver Bird and a crowd of generic little birds that act as a collective.

Concept:
I will develop all five characters using traditional animation and film processes of illustration exploration refined to character sheets.
